    Role Overview:
    Responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence within key convenience store chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave. This role will focus on market development, building relationships with store managers and buyers, and ensuring the successful distribution and sales of products in the convenience store sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess a strong understanding of the retail industry.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with new and existing convenience stores (e.g., 99 Speedmart, DIY, Econsave) to drive product sales,
    2. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within the retail industry, including store managers, buyers, and distributors.
    3. Drive product placement and visibility within the convenience stores to ensure maximum exposure.
    4. Negotiate favorable terms with stores to secure product placements and ensure consistent stock levels.
    5. Monitor sales performance within stores and address any issues related to product placement or customer demand.
    6. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and objectives.
    7. Provide detailed reports on sales performance, competitor activity, and customer feedback to senior management.
    8. Work with stores on executing promotional offers to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
    9. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within
    the convenience store market.
    10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer information, and product performance.

  • 应征条件

    Main Requirement
    1. No specific degree required; however, a background in business, sales, or related fields will be advantageous.
    2. At least 4 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the retail or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer
    Goods) sectors, with a focus on convenience stores or similar retail channels.
    3. Experience in B2B sales and account management is highly preferred, especially in introducing and distributing products to retail chains such as 99 Speedmart, DIY, and Econsave.

    Soft Skills:
    1. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, store managers, and distributors.
    2. Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and secure product placements in retail stores.
    3. Problem-solving abilities, especially in addressing client concerns and finding solutions to challenges.
    4. Time management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
    5. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve sales goals.

    Software Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes.
