    Job Responsibility
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all contract manufacturing-related inquiries and requests.
    • Drive and enable new business opportunities with a focus on ensuring long term sustainability and profitability of the Company.
    • Regularly monitor sales forecast and formulate strategic plans to develop new business and revenues.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance and supply chain to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery of manufactured products.
    • Lead business negotiations (with external & internal customers) to promote and defend strategic plan developments and optimize sales potential and maximize ROI.
    • Cooperate with business and account managers from HQ to optimize the potential sales leads and market developments.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional manufacturing services or solutions to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns, resolving issues and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with the sales operation team to identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and participate in customer presentations and negotiations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics and technological advancements in the contract manufacturing space to provide strategic insights and recommendations to customers.
    • Handle all QLTC issues with customers and communicate effectively to all relevant parties.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, project details and sales activities.
    • Plan, monitor, design and report on key client account performance.

    Accountability
    • Ensure consistent sales growth through identifying business opportunities and developing strategic accounts.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets for the assigned customer base.
    • Responsible for and accountable to the day-to-day management of the customer relationship and business acumen.
    • To establish a mutually beneficial business relationship that aligns customer requirements.
    • Ensure that all RFQs are responded on-time and accurately and approved by top management before being presented to customer.
    • Secure and protect the existing customers’ sales turnover volume while ensuring a price premium over competitors.
    • Leverage the channel relationship to drive rapid and increasing penetration of new projects.

资格

  • 应征条件

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field.
    • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards and supply chain management
    • Good knowledge of contract manufacturing market dynamics, industry trends and key players.
    • Ability to build strong customer relations, partnership and collaborative working relationships with key accounts.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers, understand their requirements and build long-lasting relationships.
    • Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints and manufacturing requirements to effectively communicate with internal teams and customers.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Good analytical and time management skills
    • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with customers, conduct site visits and attend trade shows.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
