    This position is mainly pre-sales.
    The candidate must be able to visit clients together with the sales team, explain the implementation of cyber security, have a deep understanding of the company's services, and be able to provide appropriate explanations.

    1. Technical Consultation & Sales Support
    - Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and
    propose suitable cybersecurity solutions.
    - Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept
    (PoC) sessions for potential clients.
    - Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFQs (Request
    for Quotations) with detailed technical specifications.
    2. Solution Design & Architecture
    - Analyze customer IT infrastructure, security risks, and compliance needs
    to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
    - Recommend and configure security solutions such as firewalls, SIEM,
    endpoint protection, IAM (Identity & Access Management), and cloud
    security.
    - Work with vendors and partners to align solutions with industry best practices.
    3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
    - Conduct security assessments and gap analysis to identify potential
    vulnerabilities.
    - Provide technical training and workshops to customers and internal teams.
    - Act as a trusted advisor for customers, ensuring they understand the value of
    cybersecurity solutions.
    4. Industry Trends & Product Knowledge
    - Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and
    technologies.
    - Continuously improve expertise in security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001,
    NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
    - Evaluate new cybersecurity products and solutions to enhance company
    offerings.
    5. Post-Sales Support & Handover
    - Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of security solutions
    if required.
    - Work with the technical support team to resolve complex security issues.
    - Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer to post-sales teams.

资格

  • 应征条件

    [Requirement]
    - Diploma / Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent
    - Technical Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, with hands-on expertise in network security, SIEM, endpoint protection, IAM, and cloud security.
    - Solution Design & Architecture: Ability to analyze IT infrastructure and security risks to propose and configure appropriate security solutions.
    - Customer Engagement & Communication Skills: Strong presentation and consulting skills to effectively communicate security solutions to customers.
    - Security Frameworks & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other security standards.

    ・Knowledge about Crowdstrike
    - Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    - Cloud & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of cloud security (CASB, SASE, Zero Trust) and next-gen security technologies (XDR, SOAR).
    - Proposal & Sales Experience: Experience in proposal writing, sales strategy planning, and managing vendor partnerships.
    - Other Skills: Hands-on experience with security product configuration and technical training delivery.
