  • 工作内容

    - Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
    - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and within budget.
    - Lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and messaging.
    - Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.
    - Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape.
    - Analyze data to gain insights and make informed decisions to drive brand growth and innovation.
    - Oversee the maintenance and evolution of company's brand identity, including visual elements, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints and communication channels.
    - Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the brand's reach and relevance. Negotiate -agreements and manage relationships with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
    - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
    - Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
    - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    - Provide guidance and support to help team members grow and excel in their roles.

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
    - At least five (5) years of working experience in similar roles and FMCG industry.
    - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management.
