    ・Implement BIM execution plans and digital workflows for collaboration across architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
    ・Ensure all digital models comply with BIM standards and that BIM data is accessible to all project participants.
    ・Prepare standard architectural and structural shop drawings and have a solid understanding of key design principles.
    ・Generate 3D renderings and models using Revit, Twinmotion, and Lumion to support project design.
    ・Coordinate project design efforts, liaise with stakeholders, and assist in creating construction and as-built drawings.
    ・Lead BIM coordination meetings, document discussions, and follow up on project progress.
    ・Support and audit project teams, flagging non-compliances and ensuring adherence to the latest industry standards.
    ・Oversee BIM budgets and produce monthly reports for senior managers to identify and measure BIM implementation.

资格

  • 应征条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, or a related field
    ・Over 5 years of local experience in BIM implementation for architecture, structural, or M&E projects.
    ・Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
    ・Willingness to work nationwide with accommodation provided and flexibility for working beyond regular hours when needed.
    ・Willingness to work under 12 months contract (with potential for extension or renewal based on performance)

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Familiarity with ISO 19650 workflows and BIM modeling standards.
