工作内容
• Liaise with oversea customers & suppliers on the sports accessories sourcing products.• Liaise closely to coordinate and follow up with overseas vendors/customers, including dealing with freight forwarders on the delivery date, quotes, and destinations, to ensure on-time and accurate submission of shipping documents.• Monitor the shipment status and understand the shipment lead time for each country to ensure that shipments meet the buyer's requests.• To generate weekly or monthly reports for all supply chain and logistics operations.• Maintain proper filing system & ensure effective document control for the easy access & retrieval. • To prepare and handle both international and domestic shipping documents. • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that all product specifications and requirements are clearly communicated and understood by suppliers. • Set up proper product data, code creation, manage packaging & shipping instruction.• Liaise closely with vendors to measure production plan conformance and ensure production meets the schedule.• To assess the vendor performance and monitoring production capacity, updating information for sourcing team members.• Communicate and drive implementation opportunities for global customers.• Responsible for the procurement of negotiation term so as to provide customers with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.• Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and market conditions.
