  ・Develop the annual marketing strategy and create tools and programs to support business goals, including both strategic initiatives and ongoing marketing and communication efforts.
  ・Lead the creation, execution, and delivery of communication and marketing plans across teams to drive business strategy and contribute to the achievement of KPIs and KGIs.
  ・Shape the voice of Company Trade’s brand by focusing on insights, strategies, and executions across various teams.
  ・Oversee and collaborate with the data marketing team to ensure alignment between insights, and content delivery in support of the overall business strategy.
  ・Develop and execute Company Trade’s digital strategy, encompassing content development, analytics, and content optimization.
  ・Lead the marketing, communications, creative, and brand teams to execute marketing initiatives that contribute positively to the KPIs and KGIs of Company Trade.
  ・Establish communication channels and foster cross-learning with Company Group (Japan) for localized implementation.
  ・Define and evolve Company Trade’s design and creative direction, overseeing the production of digital assets and branding materials.
  ・Conceptualize and execute creative PR campaigns while building and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and other external stakeholders.
  ・Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events to deliver key messages effectively and enhance Company Trade’s media presence and public awareness.
  ・Support the CEO in influencing the management team on best marketing and communication practices, while mentoring and providing coaching to team members to drive performance and professional growth.
  ・Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve company growth and profitability, while ensuring compliance with internal processes, directives, and business practices at all times.
  ・Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members to foster their professional development and ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and good business practices.
  ・Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the business and respond to any urgent needs or changes in strategy, brand initiatives, or communications activities.
