今回の募集はペナン拠点のカスタマーサービス兼医療通訳のお仕事でございます。
【主な仕事内容】
- お客様からの電話応対、メール対応。
- 病院での手続きや保険請求など、会員様への医療サポートを行う。
- 日本語と英語での書類作成やデータ入力。
- 会員様の病院での診察に通訳として同行。
- お客様からの電話応対、メール対応、臨時業務の対応業務。
- 臨時業務の対応業務。(24hシフト制にて業務時間後にカスタマー対応が発生する可能性があります。)

应征条件
【必須要件】
■四年制大学卒or 大学院卒の方は、社会人経験3年以上
■短期大学卒or 専門学校の方は、社会人経験5-7年以上
■準ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
お客様に同行して、日本語と英語の翻訳を会員様と病院にの間にて実施していただきます。
■週末も含めたシフト勤務が可能な方
