  ■ Job Description
  We are looking for an experienced Production Engineering Manager to lead and manage production engineering operations at our EMS (PCBA) facility in Malaysia. The role will be responsible for overseeing SMT production lines, coordinating new product introductions, leading process design and improvements, and enhancing equipment maintenance and productivity.
  
  ■Key Responsibilities:
  - Manage and optimize SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production lines
  - Coordinate process design and production readiness for new product launches
  - Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
  - Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and manage related reports
  - Support and improve line changeover processes
  - Analyze and reduce downtime through root cause investigation and corrective actions
  - Support debugging and stabilization of production performance for new product launches
  - Promote and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
  - Analyze equipment performance and propose process improvements
  - Train and guide operators, technical operators, and team leaders on machine operations
  - Lead and develop a local engineering team, ensuring technical capability and growth
  - Manage spare parts stock, purchase requests, and cost controls
  - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and report to headquarters in Japan
