Responsibilities: • Manage, support and improve related HR policies and procedures.• Handle Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits.• Ensure smooth management of the appraisal process.• Execution of employees' performance review procedure.• Compiling performance evaluation rating.• Handle compensation reward packages.• Develop and implement employee benefits package.• Market Research on Compensation and Benefits for sustainable market competitiveness.• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations• Ensure that all managers and employees adhere to HR policies.• Educate employees continually on HR policies.• Maintain employees records and related data.• Support employee relations and grievances.• Support in misconduct and disciplinary actions• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.• Other job tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales and marketing skills to drive business growth and establish strong customer relationships.< Responsibilities >・Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries through market research and networking.・Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs.・Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about our water treatment products and services.・Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and technical specifications in response to customer inquiries.・Provide technical support to customers and sales team members throughout the sales process.・Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform sales and marketing strategies.
