- To support the Project Manager / Area Manager / Senior Construction Manager in the specialised area of Building scope of works.- To support and advise on the development and implementation of procedures and work instructions for the successful completion of building works.- To ensure the projects building works are completed with safety, on time, within budget, and of quality works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants.- To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff.- To coordinate Builder’s works to accomplish all the site activities.- To liaise with customers, consultants and design team for continual good relationship.- To support, advise, plan, arrange and/or prepare the relevant technical expertise/knowledge required for the projects and distribute as required from time to time.- To support and advise on project planning and scheduling and the monitoring of such developed schedules.- To assist in the evaluation Subcontractors and Suppliers registration, approval, and termination.- To inform Contracts Section Head of any changes for him to maintain and update Registered Subcontractors & Suppliers List.- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required.- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
