Job DescriptionThe Electrical Engineer will be responsible to design and draw electrical schematic drawings based on the machines / line requirements. This position must be able to accurately calculate the power consumption of a particular machine and size the correct components/devices that will be used. Able to implement standard and safety compliance based on IEC standard. Work with different stakeholder in a project to deliver quality electrical drawings, generate BOM and raise PR for electrical part purchasing. Coordinate with suppliers on the progress and supervise electrical assembly to make sure quality standards are met.• Design and implement electrical schematic drawings with compliance to safety standard (IEC).• Able to calculate and source correct electrical parts based on project requirements.• Prepare and compile BOM list based on electrical drawings and raise PR for part purchase.• Able to advice on electrical parts to be used with machine’s requirements.• Provide technical support on existing machine in electrical design.• Work with different stakeholder within company to achieve quality delivery of machine.• Work with different 3rd party suppliers to ensure timeline is met.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for design and development of automation machines or assembly line. Experience in jig & fixture, pallet & carrier, material handling system, etc. This position need to have knowledge in 3D Software - Solidworks.• Work with business unit for DFM preparation to secure potential project.• Design and develop stand alone functioning Machine and Integrated production line.• Design and develop Jig & Fixture, Pallet & Carrier, Material Handling System, Application Module solutions based on requirements.• Design and develop pneumatics system for machine and integrated production line.• Prepare Part, Assembly, Drawing, PR for project assigned.• Provide technical & theory support in related with functioning module.• Assist production in assembly and fine tuning machine.• Troubleshooting and debugging machine performance.• Prepare documentation for user manual, FAT, SAT requirements.• Work with different stakeholder within company to achieve quality delivery of machine.• Work with different 3rd party suppliers to ensure timeline is met.
