■Company Introduction: Well-known Japanese online and retail second-hand shop that allows citizens practice the concept of “recycle & reuse”. Wide range of categories including apparel, miscellaneous household goods, Sporting goods, instruments are all preloved from Japan, all in one store. Clean, neat and well-organized store environment, welcoming everyone to have a great shopping experience. ■Working hours: a 9:00 - 18:30b 13:00 - 22:30Working irregular shifts (2 shifts) ■Job Scopes:Store Management- Ensure the inventory are sufficient.- Dealing with warehouse for inventory ordering and shipment process.- Ensure the store environment is in good condition and up to standard.- Responsible to secure customers’ personnel Manpower / Staff Management:- Responsible to set up and plan for the shift rotation.- Planning for SOP that precisely for the outlet setting. - Encourage and motivate employees to promote growth and development of their productivity in work place.Cash Management- Managing the cash flow of the retail stores.- Reporting the sales amount to the respective PIC. -After joining the company, job scope shall change accordingly to the promotion as follows:① Learning the work of a store from joining as a staff, from cash registering to delivery of goods② Management of shift readers, keys, cashiers, and tasks are put together to collect work instructions③ Administer as an assistant manager④ To manage as a manager■Work location：As for the work location, it depends on which store you are assigned to, so you will work at a location designated by BOK (can be discussed).

Mission of the role:・The role will manage a 6-month project to recruit new affiliates from YouTube and blogs, onboard them with the necessary tools, and help drive sales digitally. ・The job scope also includes providing regular sales updates, gathering feedback to improve performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure affiliates have effective online marketing materials. ・This position may be renewed based on project needs and performance.Key Responsibilities:・Affiliate Prospecting & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit marketers from YouTube and Blog channels to join company affiliate program.・Affiliate Onboarding & Support: Onboard new affiliates by providing clear guidance and all necessary marketing materials to effectively promote company products across their channels.・Revenue Generation: Drive sales and profitability by working closely with affiliates to optimize their traffic and conversion rates.・Sales Reporting: Deliver weekly sales updates to the Affiliate Sales Manager・Affiliate Feedback: Actively seek feedback from the affiliates to improve conversion rates and product promotions.・Cross-Department Synergy: Partner with other teams at company to ensure affiliates have the most effective marketing assets to drive
