  Company Introduction: Japanese Construction Group established in 1933, very strong is proposing new construction technology to the society to ensure the safety and eco-friendly concept being implement in the building settings. They had come out with impressive concepts such as earthquake resistance, soil contamination and rooftop green idea in Japan’s existing building nowadays. In Malaysia, the company had been set up in 1982 and handled about 300 over projects.
  
  Location: Desa Petaling.
  -Quick access to Salak South, Bukit Jalil, Cheras and other city area.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  Responsible to manage and lead C&P Team for overall pre and post construction contract management, monitoring materials, procurement activities, variation orders and final accounts, including:
  * To assist project Manager in Facilitating compliance to the contract, advise and guide the team on all contractual related matters till final and post contract period to ensure the smooth progress of project.
  * To analyse and evaluate tender submission and prepare tender report.
  * To develop, implement and monitor cost control measures for on-going projects.
  * To assist on procurement activities including to negotiate with consultant, contractors and suppliers to achieve the desirable objective, timeline and cost target in accordance with the Business Plan set by management.
  * To ensure internal controls documentation are in place and in compliance with company procedures.
  * To support on all contractual matters in regards to cost and delays with the clients and the sub-contractors.
  * To conduct meeting to identify issues and client requirements, facilitate pricing discussion and obtain management input on timelines and deliverable.
  
  General Responsibilities:
  * Promote occupational HSE awareness among all staffs and employees
  * Work in accordance with company as well as Departmental Targets and objectives.
  * Safeguard own safety as well as others safety when executing company's operation
  * Comply with applicable statutory requirements and company's HSE requirements.
  * Set good example for others to follow
  
  Others tasks:
  * Carry out the work assigned by the FM and/or the management for compliance with requirements of ISO 9001/2008, OHSAS 18001: 2007 standards
