• Job Description

  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
  1. To assist the Project Manager to ensure the projects are completed with safety, on time, within budget, and of quality works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultants.
  2. To gather marketing information from customers/customers’ representatives pertaining to possible projects and /or job leads through the project execution.
  3. To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff.
  4. To assist the Project Manager to prepare Construction Work Programme, Project Execution Plan and Progress Report.
  5. To coordinate Builder’s and M & E’s works to accomplish all the site activities.
  6. To coordinate all subcontractors to accomplish the site activities.
  7. To lead and motivate all staff in the project.
  8. To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractor, the various work method of statement and/or safe operating procedure when required.
  9. To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
  10. To liaise with customers, consultants, and design team for continual good relationship.
  11. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
  12. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
