  • Job Description

    -Patient's education ie. consultation
    -Patient's registration, appointment scheduling and follow-up
    -Coordinating and scheduling surgeries
    -Attend to patients needs
    -Ensure smooth patients flow
    -Assist in marketing activities such as roadshows occasionally (applicable only when MKN/KKM SOP open up)
    -Statistics report

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma/Degree in any field is fine (if cdd has science background preferably)
    - Experience : 1- 2 years of experience in customers service role
    - Require Skill : Customer oriented and meticulous
