  • Job Description

    【Job Responsibilities:】

    - First level operation support to internal users (internal workflow system and dashboards).
    - Maintenance of analytical reports, dashboards and Power Automate flows.
    - Assist in data administration and maintenance (S4 HANA).
    - Developing solutions to problems identified through analysis, using information gathered through analysis effectively.
    - Provide training to staffs on execution of new procedures/solutions.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Diploma/Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
    - Experience : Around 2 year experience in Microsoft Office applications.
    - Knowledge in Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath and SAP S4 HANA (ERP system & BW Reporting) is an added advantage.
    - Good communication skills and ability to present to small groups.
    - Excellent logical and analytical skills, attention to detail.
    - Open to learning new tools and applications to improvise business operation.
