    【Responsibilities: 】

    - To engage in coordinating and collaborating on parts of a whole e-commerce projects.
    - Provide effective administrative support to Project Team
    - To perform dual diligent to ensure quality of project deliverable and on time delivery.
    - Tracking and driving of issues/risks and their resolution and mitigation steps.
    - To monitor and handle paper works which related to project.
    - Perform and undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree.
    - Experience : At least 1 year working as operation executive will be preferred.
    - No experience candidate is welcome.
    - Require Skill : Microsoft Words, Excel, PPT etc.
    - Able to work independently with “Nothing is Impossible” attitude.
    - Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
