• Job Description

  - Responsible to create MPS (Master Prod. Schedule) based on the
  - Purchase Order / Forecast provide by customer, review the forecast & load into MRP system.
  - To liaison with Japanese Customers on product supply chain matter
  - To provide support to the production lines by ensuring the materials needed are available on time.
  - Analyse the available of materials upon receipt of customer demand.
  - To create invoice & packing list to meet the customer's delivery schedule plan. Monitor & follow up closely on production performance & expedite lots to ensure shipments to customers on time.
  - Responsible to create Delivery/Shipment Schedule based on the customer delivery plan.
  - Follow-up with appropriate Buyer to ensure materials are available to support production use per load plan.
  - Ensure prevent shipment backlogs & maintain inventory at an optimum level. Participate in and discuss conversations in Japanese with KATOLEC Japan HQ.
  - Additional duties as assigned by the management.
