    JOB POSITION SUMMARY
    The role of Sales & Marketing Manager (for RSP Domestic Business) will be as follows:
    1.To achieve sales target, gross profit and 100% of collection account receivable
    2.To support sales enquiry, problem solving and relationship building
    3.Territory - Central, North, East Malaysia (directly) & South, East Coast (indirectly)
    4.To support Senior Manager for the function of “Monthly Report Sales & Marketing” and “Forecast & Monthly Actual Purchase”
    5.To support logistic department on delivery

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    (1) Reporting
    1.1. Monthly sales and A/R Collection for domestic market
    1.2. Dealer’s problem and issue solving
    1.3. Competitor activities and market condition update
    1.4. Market needs, request which consumers and dealers want
    1.5. Formulate and strategies for Sales/ Marketing
    1.6. Product issues and feedback
    (2) Coordinating
    2.1. To communicate with customer relating to sales and A/R collection
    2.2. To communicate with logistics department relating to shipment details and schedule
    2.3. To communicate with marketing department on the current trend and competitor activities
    2.4. To visit customers and build relationship frequently
    2.5. To provide excellent customer service and provide needed information
    2.6. To extend and grow the business channel for domestic market
    2.7. To plan and coordinate marketing activities
    2.8. To communicate with sourcing department on the license products
    2.9. To determine the product SKU and pricing for the Sporting Goods
    (3) Market environment & relationship building
    3.1. To understand market condition of designated territory
    3.2. To strategies and develop effective marketing activities and attractive campaign with customer
    3.3. To build strong relationship between DSSA and Customers
    (4) Managerial
    4.1. To support sales person on daily activities and trouble shooting
    4.2. To motivate and encourage growth within sales department
    4.3. To maintain appropriate inventory levels

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    o SPM / Diploma / Degree in any related field.
    o Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Sales.
    o Knows how to play Racket Sports is an added advantage.
    o Willing to travel and possess own transport to work.
    o Ability to gather information and solve problems objectively.
    o Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
    o Candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Power point and Excel).
