  Responsibilities
  1.1. Active Directory Infrastructure Management:
  - Design, deploy, and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory infrastructures.
  - Implement synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD) using Azure AD Connect
  - Ensure seamless integration and synchronization of identities, attributes, and credentials across hybrid (cloud and on-perm) environments
  1.2. User and Group Management:
  - Manage user and group accounts in both on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
  - Implement and enforce access controls, authentication methods, and authorization policies across hybrid (cloud and on-perm) environments.
  - Configure and manage identity federation for single sign-on (SSO) between onpremises and cloud applications
  1.3. Security and Compliance:
  - Implement security best practices to protect both on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory environments.
  - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to identity and access management.
  - Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate security risks.
  1.4. Troubleshooting and Support:
  - Provide Tier 2/3 support for Active Directory-related issues, including authentication, synchronization, and replication problems.
  - Investigate and resolve integration issues between on-premises and cloud environments.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues.
