• Job Description

  - Responsible for internal control and report to CEO and Japan HQ (Japanese translator will support you)
  The Managers handle putting together the system and figures, so the Senior Manager does coordinates the reporting of those figures to the head office. Other key responsibilities include dealing with audits.
  
  - To analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing actual vs budget costs.
  - To manage the sales invoices to customers and overall responsible for the Accounts Receivables(AR).
  - Provide guidance and monitor the performance of the executive as well as identify their training needs.
  - Responsible to reply to all 'audit queries' by external auditors for financial audit purpose.
  - Supervise the subordinates to ensure that all works assigned are complete timely and accurately.
  - Meet time deadlines for accounts, especially during closing of accounts.
  - To do the planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.
  - Ensures that the internal control procedures are established and followed in accordance.
