    - Managing a team to ensure operational efficiency

    - Analyzing production processes to identify areas of improvements and provide suggestions to the production manager
    - Troubleshooting any problems relating to your station and providing solutions
    - Ensuring the team maintains a clean working environment and follows safety procedures set by the company

    - Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to production

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : SPM qualification or diploma in the related field

    - Experience : At least 2-3 years of production supervisor in the furniture manufacturing industry, ideally solid wood furniture.

    - Require Skill :
    1. Detail orientated
    2. Willing to learn
    3. Solution orientated,
    4. Able to work under pressure.
