    < Job purpose >
    Customer Service is the first contact point to customers. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.

    < Duties and responsibilities >
    1. Upholding a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions.
    2. Promptly assisting our customer inquiries and engaging with them via diverse communication channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
    3. Efficiently handling forms, applications, and various requests.
    4. Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and any feedback or concerns raised.
    5. Collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    6. Ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive and excellent customer support skills.
    7. Actively participating in marketing events and contributing to the development of new products where necessary.
    8. Staying abreast of any updates or modifications to policies and procedures in a timely fashion.
    9. Undertaking additional responsibilities as delegated by superiors, including ad-hoc tasks to support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [ MUST ]
    - Fresh graduate welcome but must at least possess basic knowledge in Stock Broking.
    (For ex. candidate who has actual experience in stock investment)
    - Candidate must be willing to take Module 6 & 7 license.

    [ ADVANTAGE ]
    - At least 1 – 2 years working experience in Stock Broking Dealings.
    - Candidates with Module 6 and 7 will have an added advantage.
    • Module 6 – Stock Market and Securities Law
    • Module 7 – Financial Statement Analysis and Asset Valuation
    - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
    - Good knowledge of MS Office and Power Point.

    - Patient and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
