  ■. Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the karaoke equipment, managing staff schedules, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  ■. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and supervising staff members, including karaoke hosts, servers, and technicians.
  ■. Inventory Management: Ordering supplies such as food, beverages, and karaoke song catalogs, monitoring inventory levels, and managing stock rotation.
  ■. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract customers, organizing special events or promotions, and maintaining a strong online and social media presence.
