  < Main Task >
  1 Supervising inventory management, coordinating transportation and warehouse operations.
  2 Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedule
  3 Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to government's safety standard.
  4 Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and develop teamwork initiatives.
  5 Logistics and production department support and SAP related processing.
  6 (Including posting and inventory management.)
  7 Acquiring the detailed knowledge of SAP.
  8 Monthly loss report processing.
  9 Ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
  10 Improving logistics processes and ensuring timely delivery
  11 Follow-up to the related departments on inventory and analysis of differences.
  12 Acquiring the knowledge of inventory management and avoid shortages and excesses of stock.
  13 Communication with all related person.
  14 Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company objectives, production strategies and support activities.

  15 Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock level and maintain inventory control.
  16 Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surplus.
  17 Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancy: report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
  19 SOP / WI/ manual maintain or up to date.

  22 Ensure all the activities carry out in the operation are compliance to LMW regulation.
