  • Job Description

    • Channel Management and Retail Sales experience preferred (minimum of 3-5 years).
    • Experience in the online retail industry would be a plus.
    • Persuasiveness/Sales Ability: A strong focus on goals and continuous improvement.
    • Consistent track record of achievement and growth.
    • Conscientious and reliable, with quick and consistent follow-up.
    • Professional demeanor, maturity, and outstanding customer and partner skills.
    • Strong communication skills. Fluent in English, additional languages/dialects spoken are a plus.
    • Passion for photography, art, and cultural scenes; photographic knowledge would be an added advantage. Independent yet a good team player, with a pleasant personality.
    • A self-directed learner who demonstrates high levels of initiative and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to adapt to changes and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in computer skills and netiquette.

Qualifications

    • To develop and implement market entry strategies for key markets in the region (all regions in Malaysia).
    • To establish and develop close working relationships with business partners and online partners.
    • To develop their sales efficiency and maximize the sales.
    • Forecasting, pricing, inventory management and partner management ability.
    • Hold regular performance and planning reviews with channel partners.
    • Perform an annual SWOT assessment for current POS and be able to develop a sales and business strategy.
    • Ensuring visual merchandising at partner POS kept to company standard and maintain the online presence for products on the multi-brand dealer’s website.
    • Working closely with Country Manager on sales and marketing activities and be part of company events.
    • Ensuring both offline & online communication of global campaign & monthly marketing assets from channel partners.
    • Working closely with the Akademie manager to plan & execute workshops or activities (trade/consumer) for multi-brand dealers on a quarterly basis.
    • Develop & implement tactical promotion with channel partners as necessary to improve overall performance of sales & product mix.
    • Develop and implement tactical promotions to boost Sport Optics sales.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with business partners to enhance sales performance in the Sport Optics segment.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products.
    • Develop and implement market entry strategies for new products.
    • Establish and nurture close working relationships with business partners.
