  • Job Description

    Primary Job Functions:
    Responsible for the daily operations of the store, including:
    1. Staffing
    - Supervising and training employees, recruiting new staff, and determining schedules

    2. Customer service
    - Assisting customers, motivating sales teams, and developing customer service

    3. Business
    - Setting sales goals, developing business strategies, and implementing them

    4. Inventory
    - Maintaining inventory and ensuring product availability, visual merchandising of the jewelry

    5. Marketing
    - Updating records, generate leads, and implementing sales and marketing campaigns

    6. Other
    - Budgeting, solving customer complaints, and monitoring and analysing customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Min SPM level

    - Experience : Min 2 years of store manager in jewellery shop (preferable)/ any luxury products

    - Require Skill :
    1. Strong management and analytical skills
    2. Customer service orientation
    3. Communication skills
    4. Knowledge of Jewelry and its market cost
    5. Willing to travel (need to take care 2 branches, one at Starhill and the other one is at TRX)
