  • Job Description

    - Lead the production team to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
    - Optimize productivity and machinery capacity.
    - Initiate problem solving and trouble shooting processes.
    - Training the operation staff to meet production activities and targets.
    - Establish and maintain SOPs and quality records.
    - Initiate cost saving activities.
    - Initiate projects to improve production capability and efficiency.
    - To prepare research and proposal to management in terms of suitable and efficient methods of production improvement (KAIZEN) in automotive industry.
    - Responsible for implementation of new designs and techniques to improve plant operations and processes.
    - Plan manpower arrangements to support daily operations.
    - Develop KPI to align with company objectives.
    - To perform other duties as assigned by the management.
    - To lead in monitoring and improving process and drive internal corrective actions.
    - Adhere and follow all rules and regulations of company from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Japanese skill N1, N2
    ・Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
    ・Must be willing to work in Sendayan (Seremban) area

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Japan graduate has advantage
    ・Candidate with 0 ~ 2 years of working experience in manufacturing line has advantage
    ・Candidate with experience working in Japanese environment has advantage
