< Job Responsibilities >
As an Account Manager at Gift Market, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships
with our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests and
work closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products/services. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding
client expectations.
== Client Relationship Management ==
・Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients.
・Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored gifting solutions and recommendations.
・Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
== Account Growth ==
・Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing clients.
・Set and achieve revenue and growth targets.
== Project Coordination ==
・Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to meet client needs.
・Manage the successful execution of projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards are met.
・Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
== Account Planning ==
・Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
・Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
== Reporting and Documentation ==
・Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
・Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue projections.
Qualifications
Requirement
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Over 3 ~ 5 years of proven experience in account management, sales in premium gift or corporate gift industry.
■ ADVANTAGES
・Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
・Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce is a plus.
■ OTHERS
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
・Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
・ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.English Level
