• Job Description

  The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for design and development of automation machines or assembly line. Experience in jig & fixture, pallet & carrier, material handling system, etc. This position need to have knowledge in 3D Software - Solidworks.
  
  • Work with business unit for DFM preparation to secure potential project.
  • Design and develop stand alone functioning Machine and Integrated production line.
  • Design and develop Jig & Fixture, Pallet & Carrier, Material Handling System, Application Module solutions based on requirements.
  • Design and develop pneumatics system for machine and integrated production line.
  • Prepare Part, Assembly, Drawing, PR for project assigned.
  • Provide technical & theory support in related with functioning module.
  • Assist production in assembly and fine tuning machine.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging machine performance.
  • Prepare documentation for user manual, FAT, SAT requirements.
  • Work with different stakeholder within company to achieve quality delivery of machine.
  • Work with different 3rd party suppliers to ensure timeline is met.
