    • Developing Mid-Term Business Plans for the Malaysia branch
    o Market analysis, organizational structure, resource allocation, PL analysis, etc.
    • Creating Organizational Plans Based on Business Plans and Structuring the Organization.
    • Company Operations:
    o Understanding of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings, effective communication with company secretaries, financial management, and creating internal operation rules.
    • Employee Management:
    o Talent development, implementing evaluation systems, etc.
    • Building Relationships with Agents (Asia).
    • Establishing Compliance & Risk Management Systems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Experience in B2B business and international business (sales, marketing, business planning).
    - Over 10 years of organizational management and management experience, including GM or Senior Manager roles.
    - Experience of management in a global or Japanese manufacturer
    - In launching and establishing a company or managing corporate operations
    - Can speak Japanese language(N1 up)

    <Advantaged>
    - Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
    - Knowledge of medical device import sales (knowledge of the Malaysian market and IVD regulations)
