  Company Profile: This company is one of the world leading Japanese construction companies in building construction, civil engineering, real estate development, environmental solutions and housing.
  
  Services provided: We receive orders for construction projects and are responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project. We oversee the entire long-term project, including progress management of design and construction (from foundation work to exterior and interior) based on the client's requirements and the project's objectives, quality assurance, selection and procurement of material suppliers, and overall schedule and budget management.
  Company’s role in construction projects is to lead a wide range of related contractors and manage the entire project, including large-scale buildings and other projects, until delivery to the client, and provide high-quality deliverables that meet the client's expectations.
  
  Job description
  ・Developing new customers
  ・Analyze trends in the Malaysian construction market and the trends of competitors, collect information to find new business opportunities
  ・Communicate with customers form a wide network of contacts, including potential clients, and build long-term relationships.
  ・Attend opportunities related to project progress, from project proposals to client, contract terms and price negotiations, and bidding, and support the smooth progress of business negotiations
  ・Preparing materials for internal reports
  ・Domestic trip to Penang, Johor, East Malaysia
