• Job Description

  This job involves three key roles: customer support, supervision of the moving process, and sales in the overseas removal section . However, the primary focus will be on customer supportwhich assists Japanese expatriate clients returning to Japan or relocating to another country.
  
  - Customer Support:
  ・Manage phone calls from Japanese-speaking clients.
  ・Handle communication in Japanese when the Japanese management is out of the office.
  
  - Management Support:
  ・Assist in meetings to facilitate communication with local teams.
  ・Share ideas from the management team.
  
  - On-site Supervision of the Moving Process:
  ・Conduct on-site checks with customers.
  ・Adjust the schedule of the moving process.
  ・Support the overseas moving process for Japanese clients.
  
  - Sales:
  ・Develop and approach new customers.
  ・Accompany the Japanese manager on business visits
