    < Principal Duties & Responsibilities >
    1. End to end Sales/Distribution strategy and management – responsible to formulate, lead, oversee and manage all relevance functions and activities within agency sales/distribution business.
    2. Develop and managing sales budget, allocate resources effectively coupled with agency growth strategies to maximize return on investment to meet the Company financial goals.
    3. Drive, positioning and spearhead the future-ready sales team and “Elite” qualifiers direction among the team members, thus transforming the sales team to the next level.
    4. Lead and drive sustainable sales growth through manpower, activation and productivity strategies as well sales team segmentation for various incentivization – cultivate right selling behavior – implement Reward and Penalty program.
    5. Aligning and set performance indicators for the sales team and conduct consistent performance management regularly. To perform track and review diligently for sales performance matrix – Recruitment, Activation and Productivity. Corrective actions if needed.
    6. Drive full-time career strategy by implementing an agency system and basic grooming program for new joiners including implementation of an effective onboarding program for new recruits.
    7. Develop and oversee the learning and development strategies via Academy to the sales team based on specific segments of the customers, especially new recruits.
    8. Lead and influence a NEW WAY of working for internal sales team and external sales team. To boost sales activity management and sales productivity via digital platform enable effective and efficient business growth, “Do More with Less” as part of future-ready sales team DNA.
    9. maintain effective collaboration with key internal business partners in delivering business objectives.
    10. Maintaining a stable knowledge base of the mortgage refinancing, property market outlooks and ensuring business compliance with relevant local statutory and regulatory laws, regulations and standard for good practice.
    11. Responsible in managing risks and internal control mechanisms including highlighting related issues to relevant parties.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・More than 8 years of sales & distribution experiences with proven track record in sales management as well as developing, guiding and managing sales team in financial services/ insurance industry.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Leadership with passion in developing people and managing a dynamic sales team with sound understanding of changing market dynamics.
    ・In-dept understanding of sales team structure – sales agreement and code of ethics.
    ・Able to implement effective sales structure (tiering system) with compensation and benefits, incentive and reward systems that align to drive productivity and meeting the Company financial goals.
    ・Up-to-date knowledge & development in the financial industry, competitions, and regulatory environment.
    ・Excellent strategic/critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    ・Capability in identifying opportunities.
    ・Strong interpersonal and communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), including being agile in a dynamic environment.
    ・Demonstrate customer/distribution centricity in dealing with distributions and customers.
    ・Adaptable to changing market conditions, industry trends and organizational priorities with continuous enhancement.
    ・Resilient to all challenges and equips with active leadership role to motivate the sales team as and when experiencing uncertainties.
    ・Strong technical knowledge in terms of product, operations, risk and compliance.
    ・Strategic leadership ability, influential, collaborative and positive with forward thinking and able to adapt to this fast-changing market environment.
    ・Demonstrated ability to inspire the sales team, regardless internal or external tasks/challenges with strong communication and think both conceptually and strategically.

    ・Basic Salary = RM 15,000 ~ RM 25,000
    ・AL / MC
    >> Starting from 14 days
    >> 2 years above: 16 days
    >> 5 years above: 18 days
    ・Travel Allowance = RM 500 / month
    ・Medical Claim = RM 100 / month
    ・Dental & Optical Claim = RM 250 per annum
    ・Bonus (previous maximum payout = 2 months)
