  Existing Customer Management
  ・Maintain the business with existing customers.
  ・Build and maintain client relationships.
  
  New Customer Development
  ・Develop the business in sectors with non-Japanese customers.
  ・Identify and pursue business opportunities.
  ・Develop business strategies to promote growth.
  
  Proposal and Contract Management
  ・Manage proposals and contracts.
  ・Assist in attending tender briefings, site surveys, and site investigation arrangements.
  ・Support in sourcing relevant suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  ・Assist in structuring and delivering technical presentations to clients.
  
  Project Management
  ・Collaborate in developing and implementing internal control measures.
  ・Gather project-specific requirements and clarify technical aspects.
  ・Collaborate with internal teams for project execution.
  ・Assist in site coordination arrangements.
  ・Help resolve issues and disputes during construction.
  ・Collaborate on record keeping and document management.
  
  Additional Responsibilities
  ・Attend regular meetings with all department managers.
  ・Monitor industry trends and regulations.
  ・Track performance and prepare reports for management.
  ・Collaborate with the department in preparing bids and proposals.
  ・Conduct project feasibility analysis to assess alignment with company capabilities.
  ・Gather client feedback and communicate it to the department for process improvement.
  ・Coordinate with the department for accurate invoicing and payment collection.
  ・Verify sales contents, quotations, and purchase order amounts.
