    【Responsibilities】

    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, and sales targets.
    - Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for market differentiation.
    - Define target customer segments, personas, and value propositions to guide marketing efforts and messaging.
    - Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.
    - Develop brand positioning strategies that differentiate our products and services in the market and resonate with target audiences.
    - Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer sentiment to identify areas for brand enhancement and reputation management.
    - Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
    - Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital content that drive brand awareness and engagement.
    - Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
    - Work closely with product management and development teams to understand product features, benefits, and value propositions.
    - Develop product marketing strategies and messaging that effectively communicate product differentiation and value to target customers.
    - Create marketing materials, sales tools, and product documentation to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
    - Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
    - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads and conversions.
    - Monitor digital marketing analytics and performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    - Min 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management position within the automotive industry.
    - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
    - Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
    - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
