  • Job Description

    RResponsible for market analysis, distributor management, sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and
    dealers while driving business growth and market expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Market Analysis and Trend Tracking:
    o Conduct market visits to survey, analyze, and understand market trends and changing sales dynamics within the assigned area.
    o Identify emerging market opportunities and sales potential by keeping up to date
    with current market conditions.

    • Distributor Management:
    o Oversee and manage distributor operations, including monitoring orders, sales performance, campaign efficiency, and stock control.
    o Ensure effective communication and support to distributors to optimize sales performance.

    • Relationship Building:
    o Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhance
    long-term business partnerships.
    o Act as a point of contact for distributors, addressing concerns and ensuring their
    needs are met.

    • Sales Strategy and Campaigns:
    o Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
    o Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with ongoing marketing initiatives.

    • Sales Performance Monitoring:
    o Determine the sales expansion capabilities of distributors, ensuring that they are equipped to meet both monthly and yearly sales targets.
    o Monitor sales performance and collaborate with distributors to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

    • Stock Planning and Replenishment:
    o Monitor, plan, and manage distributor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply and
    minimize stockouts.
    o Coordinate with internal teams to address stock-related issues and ensure timely
    replenishment.

    • Reporting and Documentation:
    o Prepare and present timely sales reports to management, tracking key performance metrics, market developments, and sales opportunities.
    o Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

    • Cross-Department Coordination:
    o Coordinate with sales support, production, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of sales activities.

    • Market Research:
    o Conduct continuous market research to identify new sales opportunities, market shifts, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background :Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    (preferred).

    - Experience :Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive,
    AM/OES, or related industry.

    - Handphone Allowances RM200 per month
