  ・Plan & analyze locations for potential new store opening
  ・Source, shortlist potential shops & table for top management's approval
  ・Embark negotiation on tenancy's commercial terms with prospected Landlords
  ・Work closely with all related departments to ensure a successful new store opening
  ・Monitor tenancy renewal & embark negotiation prior to expiry
  ・Construction Management
  　Coordinate with construction companies to ensure the project proceeds according to schedule.
  ・Quality and Cost Management
  　Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations,
  　and other legal standards while managing construction within budget.
  ・Administrative Procedures
  　Application for Operating Permits
  　Handle permit applications required by public health centers, fire departments, and other authorities.
  ・Compliance with Laws and Regulations
  　Manage applications in accordance with building codes, food hygiene laws, and local regulations.
  ・Project Management
  　Schedule Coordination
  　Oversee the entire schedule from property acquisition to design, construction,
  　staff recruitment, and opening preparations.
  ・Cost Management
  　Control project-wide costs, including rent, construction, interior design, and equipment expenses.
