    As a Senior Marketing Executive in FUJIFILM’s photo printing business, you will work closely with the Marketing
    Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving customer
    acquisition. You will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing
    market trends in the photo printing industry. Our business specializes in high-quality photo prints, personalized
    products, and custom services that help customers preserve and showcase their memories. Your role will involve
    collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects from start to finish, and leveraging insights to optimize
    marketing efforts, ensuring our business continues to grow and meet customer needs.

    Job Scopes:
    • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends in photo imaging,
    competitor activities, and customer preferences. Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies
    and ensure effective targeting.
    • Campaign Strategy & Project Management: Assist the marketing manager in developing and executing
    marketing strategies. Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring campaigns are executed on time
    and effectively.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Support in building and nurturing relationships with both new and
    existing customers through targeted campaigns, driving customer acquisition and repeat business.
    • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare and present
    regular reports on campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data-
    driven insights.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing teams in other
    business units, design) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and customer needs.
    • Content Development: Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content for digital channels, including
    websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and
    objectives.
    • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant industry regulations and company policies.
    • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
