  • Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible to develop production schedule to ensure that production outputs the production schedule can meet customer deadline.
    • Responsible to monitor closely on production plan vs. actual output in order to meet customer requirement.
    • Responsible to communicate promptly with Production and Purchasing of changes to production schedule.
    • Responsible to update and ensure data accuracy in ERP system.
    • Responsible to set daily targets for every production process, to allocate manpower to each process based on UPH, and to manage WIP to a safe level.
    • Responsible for providing visibility and reporting while tracking output and performance metrics.
    • Responsible to develop improvements to close the gap between the targeted and actual results.
    • Responsible to issue job order (JO) to production and to ensure the JO to close on time and properly according to the JO quantity, rectify the variance if have any.
    • Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university

    - Experience : Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in production planning and process control in manufacturing related industry.

    - Require Skill :
    • Able to speak and write in good English.
    • Friendly and outspoken personality, proactive, possess strong initiative to improve, motivate others to achieve a goal or find a solution, and have a strong sense of accountability.
    • Good in Excel formulation (i.e. Vlookup, If, Sumifs, Countifs, iferror, etc.).
    • Familiar with the use of ERP system.
    • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work on odd hours when necessary.
