  • Job Description

    ・Participate in requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of financial system, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration.
    ・Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
    ・Plan and drive the project’s technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.
    ・Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.
    ・Co-ordinate multi-teams (e.g. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications.
    ・Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.
    ・Write unit test and do code coverage.
    ・Contribute to design/code reviews for quality assurance and conformance to company’s standards / guidelines.
    ・Hands-on participate in development and bugs fixing.
    ・Commit to continuous improvement and refinement of company’s methodology and delivery.
    ・Consistently provide technical guidance and develop team members, with strong technical knowledge and skills.
    ・Responsible for forward resource management, team building and staff career growth.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・At least 5 years of working experience in JS&TS backend development in financial industry.
    ・Understand design documentation standards such as Unified Modeling Language.
    ・Experience in various JS&TS&Java backend frameworks and design patterns Microservices architecture.
    ・Exposure in reactjs, expressjs, nestjs, springboot etc.
    ・Working experience on Docker, Kubernetes, open source RDBMS, NoSQL, Event oriented system.
    ・Experience in AWS is needed, able to propose, develop and deploy production grade backend in AWS.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
    ・Experience in java and springboot is a plus.
    ・Experience in designing, operating, tuning and maintaining sql and nosql db is a plus.
    ・Experience in CI/CD and devops is a plus.
    ・Experience in CMS, CRM and marketing system is a plus.
    ・Experience in other cloud like azure / gcp is a plus.
    ・Experience as vendor or end users operation / support is a plus.
    ・Experience in integration to backend system via queues and kafka is a plus.
    ・Experience in maintain and scaling queues, kafka, streams is a plus.

    ・Individual that is able to learn new knowledge independently & able to apply the knowledge to the task.
    ・Good verbal and written communication in English, technical, analytical, troubleshooting and consultative skills.
    ・Ability to cope with tight deadlines and adhere to the delivery plan.
    ・Ability and willingness to travel within the region.

    ・Basic Salary = RM 15,000 ~ RM 20,000
    ・Bonus: Around 2 months salary
    ・Cell phone allowance: RM 60 per month
    ・Medical claim: Maximum RM 3,200 per year
