  • Job Description

    1. Responsible for establishing Production Plans based on Customer PO to ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
    2. Responsible for establishing raw material requirements based on the Production Plan and raising purchase requisition.
    3. Liaise with the Production Manager on the requirements of production, and labor availability and keep track of production performance with the Production Plan.
    4. Liaise with the Purchasing Department to ensure the required materials are purchased on time.
    5. To liaise with the Production Manager or Supervisor to ensure machinery and mold are available for Production.
    6. Establish a weekly production schedule for each machine.
    7. To support & maintain the quality & environmental management system.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background :Degree holder in Business/Admin/Supply Chain or any related field

    - Experience : Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing PMC (Production, Material, and Control)

    - Require Skill :
    1. Familiarity with SAP (ERP) operations preferred, especially experience in injection molding plant will be an added advantage.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software usage.
    3. Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle situations calmly and decisively.
    4. Strong customer service orientation, clear thinking, a strong willingness, and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
