Qualifications

• Requirement

  ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
  ・Candidate with at least 4 years’ experience in IT Business Consultant, preferably in a multinational consulting firm, or major software company in a similar role
  
  ■ ADVANTAGES
  ・Candidate with experience in financial industry (e.g. Credit Management, Insurance, Internet Banking product and services) is preferred
  ・Candidate with programming background will have an advantage
  ・Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent
  ・Candidate with Agile/scrum certifications and/or experience will have an advantage
  ・Experienced with project management tool, e.g. JIRA
  
  ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  ・Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  ・Creative thinker with ability to grasp new concepts rapidly
  ・Detail oriented, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement
  ・Adaptable, able to work independently as well as in a team
  ・Able to accept challenges and cope with demanding timeline
  ・Able to multitask, juggling between various tasks and sprints
  ・Ability and willingness to travel within the region and accept overseas assignment
