    ・Customer support for Japanese tenants in Singapore and Malaysia (residential properties only)
    ・Support customers by working with a team of four people including sales representatives from Singapore and Japan.
    ・Handle tenant inquiries, coordinate with property owners, arrange for contractors, and provide quotes.
    ・Inspect and photograph properties mainly around Kuala Lumpur.
    ・Enter, update, and maintain property data.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or SPM in Any Field
    - Having Japanese Skills (Above N2 level , Especially Writing Skill is important
    - Basic PC skills
