• Job Description

  Quality Management
  - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
  - Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications and industry standards.
  - Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to identify and address quality issues.
  - Support or lead quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring that all managers, process owners and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.
  - Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and industry-specific standards for proper function, safety quality and customer acceptance.
  - Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
  - Collaborate with vendors to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with standards.
  - To attend to all complaints brought to attention and ensure that all complaints are resolved to customers' satisfaction.
  - Promote and ensures employees awareness about the use and importance of quality management system and the quality policy to all levels of organization and to our clients. Not limit to conduct internal training related to Standards/ Management System.
  - To report to top Management on the overall performance of the Management system and the needs for improvement.
  - To facilitate the Quality Management Review and prepare the Quality Management Review Reports.
  - To justify and review the effectiveness of internal Audit and Management Review meeting.
  
  Laboratory Management
  - Develop, implement, and maintain calibration accreditation processes and standards.
  - To evaluate and review the calibration procedures to ensure appropriateness and conformity to national industrial standards annually together with the Head of Laboratory.
  - To act and resolve matters that could interfere the laboratory in reporting the calibration data objectively.
  - To liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
  
  Satety, Sustainabiity and Facilty Management
  - Develop and implement emergency response plans for fire, natural disasters, or other crises.
  - Coordinate drills and training to ensure preparedness among staff and occupants.
  - Implement sustainable practices to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
  - Facilitate the company sustainability initiative and coordinate with other department for the outcomes.
  - Oversee the daily operations of building, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other system.
  - Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are implemented and followed.
  - Ensure the facility complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  - Manage service contracts with external vendors for security, pest control, landscaping and other services.
