• Job Description

  - Communicate regularly with forwarders, transporters, and overseas agents to ensure smooth import and export shipment arrangements.
  - Handle logistics for land, air, and sea shipments, including Dangerous Goods (DG) •
  - Liaise with government authorities for permit/license applications (Customs, MITI, DOE).
  - Prepare essential shipping documents (invoices, delivery orders, etc.).
  - Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and closely follow up with suppliers to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
  - Apply for SST exemptions and prepare customs reports.
  - Generate supplier delivery reports.
  - Handle any other tasks duties as assigned from time to time
