Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  - Min 8+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3–5 years working on hyperscale data center projects AND focus in MEP Systems
  - Extensive experience in tendering, bid preparation, and project estimation for large-scale industrial or commercial projects
  - Strong knowledge of cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar) and familiarity with BIM-based costing processes
  - Proven skills in managing contracts, procurement, and vendor negotiations specific to high-budget projects
  - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex project specifications and identify cost implications
  - Strong communication and team leadership skills, capable of managing a QS team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  - Ability to work independently
