Job Description
<New Business Development
• Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer organization.
• Research and build relationships with new customers.
• Update lead status and all prospect interactions in the CRM application daily
• Set up meetings between customer decision makers and Principals.
• Work with Sales team to develop proposals that speaks to the customer's needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
<Customer Retention>
• Assist the sales team by providing relevant reports for renewal business.
• Present new product/services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to resolve issues faced by customers.
Qualifications
Requirement
<Requirements>
• Minimum 1-2 years sales and/or lead qualification experience.
• Possesses Bachelor's Degree qualification
<Advantageous>
• Experience with lead qualification at all organizational levels – managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
• Excellent communication skills in English. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
• Adaptable, flexible, and accepting of change, often tossing out ideas and starting anew
• Thrives in a team environment
• Proficient with CRM and sales toolsEnglish Level
