  • Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled **Procurement Manager** to drive cost analysis, compliance, and process improvements while optimizing procurement efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and leadership skills, ensuring effective vendor management, cost savings, and seamless procurement execution.

    1) Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing proposals, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiations, volume discounts, or alternative sourcing strategies.
    2) Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities, including vendor selection and purchasing processes.
    3) Identify process improvements, implement best practices, and participate in cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    4) Oversee procurement execution and delivery monitoring, ensuring strong teamwork and staff efficiency.
    5) To propose alternative procurement sources as to minimize stock times and inventory levels.
    6) Monitoring of vendors’ performance by performing periodic vendor evaluation.
    7) Collaborate with internal teams to understand and support their procurement needs.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance & Accounting or any related discipline.
    - At least 5 years of related experience in Procurement Functions and in a supervisory role or its equivalent.
    - Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    - Possess a high degree of integrity and display maturity when dealing with suppliers.
    - Excellent leadership qualities with strong drive for achievement, strong organizational ability and effective management skills.
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills, to interact comfortably with all
    levels of people.
